PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) DISCLOSURE NOTICE

This Disclosure Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in order to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed by KRONARIS LLC acting as the data controller, to whom and for what purposes such data may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds of data collection, and your rights under KVKK.

Your personal data is processed by KRONARIS LLC (the “Company”), which acts as the data controller pursuant to Law No. 6698.

To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed
To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in KVKK
To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems
To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

6. APPLICATION METHOD

You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed above by completing the KVKK Application Form available at kronaris.com and submitting it to the Company by:

Delivering it in person to the Company address
Sending it via a notary public
Sending an email to [email protected]

Applications will be responded to as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, provided that identity verification is completed.

This Disclosure Notice may be updated when necessary, and the most up-to-date version is published on kronaris.com.
