CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
GENERAL
When you place an order electronically through the Website, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
Buyers are subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulations.
Shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If delivery is not completed within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.
The product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the order, and together with any warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
If the product cannot be supplied, the Buyer shall be notified within 3 days and the payment shall be refunded within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID
If the Buyer fails to make payment or if the payment is cancelled, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PAYMENT METHODS
If it is determined after delivery that the product was purchased using an unauthorized credit or debit card and the payment is not made to the Seller, the product must be returned within 3 days at the Buyer’s expense.
DELIVERY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, the Buyer shall be informed. The Buyer may cancel the order, request replacement with a similar product, or choose to wait until the obstacle is resolved. If the payment was made in cash, the amount shall be refunded within 14 days. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund shall be made to the bank, and the bank may take 2 to 3 weeks to reflect the amount in the Buyer’s account.
OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT
The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and must request a damage report from the cargo company if the product is damaged. Products accepted without objection shall be deemed to have been delivered without damage. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned together with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty. Notification of withdrawal must be made using the contact details below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In contracts for services, the withdrawal period begins on the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the performance of the service has begun.
All costs arising from the withdrawal shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Seller must be notified in writing within 14 days and the product must remain unused.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The invoice must be returned together with the product. For corporate purchases, a return invoice must be issued.
The product must be delivered in full, together with its packaging, accessories, and return form.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Following receipt of the withdrawal notice, payments and documents shall be refunded within 10 days and the product shall be collected within 20 days.
Any damage caused by user fault must be compensated by the Buyer. The Buyer shall not be held responsible for deterioration arising from proper use.
If the order amount falls below the campaign threshold, any applied discount shall be cancelled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in accordance with personal needs, products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, products whose packaging has been opened, electronic services, and digital content. Opened cosmetic products, software, CDs, DVDs, and similar products are not eligible for return.
DEFAULT
In case of default on payments made by credit card, the bank may apply interest and additional charges. The Buyer shall be responsible for all damages arising from late payment.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment can be made via bank transfer or EFT.
Online payment and installment options are available. The total amount will be charged to the credit card upon order completion.
