Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, your consent is required for KRONARIS LLC (the “Company”) to send you commercial electronic communications. Commercial electronic communications may include promotional, marketing, campaign, discount, promotion, informational, and congratulatory messages.

If you provide your consent, the Company may contact you via email, SMS, phone calls, and other electronic communication channels, and you may be informed about campaigns and promotions. Such communications may be customized based on your personal preferences, previous shopping history, and areas of interest.

The contact information you share within this scope will be used solely for campaign and informational purposes and will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances. The Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure communication security and data confidentiality.

This Electronic Commercial Communication Rules and Information Text has been prepared by KRONARIS LLC ([email protected]) in order to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic communications and the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data within the scope of Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and related legislation.

If you provide consent for commercial electronic communications, your identity information including name and surname, and your contact information including email address and phone number shared with KRONARIS LLC may be used by the Company for marketing communications purposes. Electronic commercial communications may be sent through the channels you have consented to, including WhatsApp, instant or short messages, phone calls, and email.

Such processing activities include conducting customer satisfaction activities, marketing analysis, advertising, campaign and promotion processes, marketing of products and services, creation of customer-specific campaigns, offering special opportunities to customers through KRONARIS LLC business partners, determining target audiences, tracking customer activities to improve user experience, direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities, personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis, internal reporting, market research, planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities, customization and promotion of products and services based on users’ preferences, usage habits, and needs, and planning and execution of customer relationship management processes.

Personal data shall be processed solely for the purposes of planning and executing marketing processes of the products and or services of KRONARIS LLC and its affiliates, creating and or increasing customer loyalty, in accordance with Article 6 of Law No. 6563 requiring consent for commercial electronic communications and Article 5 paragraph 1 of Law No. 6698 based on the legal ground of explicit consent, limited to the activity of sending electronic commercial communications.

You may withdraw your consent for electronic commercial communications at any time.

Your personal data may be used directly by KRONARIS LLC or through data processors and may be shared with technological infrastructure providers, limited to the purposes stated above. Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you have rights regarding your processed personal data.
